Why is it that doctors seem to only prescribe medications rather than try to actually fix the issues that people have? This may seem unfair on doctors, and some will be watching this thinking 'I don't do that'!

In today's episode I discuss ... well this. Getting advice from random strangers on the internet. Like many people I'm on social media, of course, I'm on YouTube, but also Reddit, Facebook, Instagram etc. And I stumbled across so many threads where people are encouraging each other to eat utter garbage, processed foods, and just blatantly dangerous food, telling each other it's good for them. Please just stop getting advice from people who haven't got a clue!

Rory had struggled with acne all his life until he found the animal based diet. Since then he has found his acne was cured, his mental health improved, his libido became stronger, his dandruff disappeared, and he just feels amazing. Best of all, Rory used to be a vegetarian and was sick on that diet. He now extols the virtues of an animal based diet and teaches other people about this with his friends.

I've been carnivore for 4 months now. I wanted to share my latest blood test results, and I wanted to discuss the lie that we've all been sold - that a 'balanced' diet, aka 'everything in moderation' is perfectly healthy for us. It isn't! These food companies and governments know we can't moderate. They know their food is hyper addictive. And they must know the food is bad for us. Yet they push it anyway.

Bradley was told by doctors that his eczema probably wouldn't be cured, and the best he could do was manage it with serious heavy duty medications, with some potentially nasty side effects and who knows what damage they could cause. Bradley wasn't happy with this and decided to do his own research, eventually finding the carnivore diet.
